Nobody wants to fail in life, and yet as a community we are failing our children. Education is essential to building and sustaining a prosperous community, and leading our young people out of poverty and on to a path of meaningful employment. Omaha needs a mayor who understands education, the challenges facing our community, and has the proven ability to work effectively with government, the Learning Community, and Omaha’s school districts. Brad Ashford’s experience has given him a front-row seat to what is needed to move the community forward through broader, deeper education for our youth.
