Vision for Omaha
My vision for this city starts with working together. If I’ve learned anything in my years as a state senator and serving on community boards, nothing gets done without compromise and a shared voice.
Omaha has a lot to be proud of – great people, great schools, and strong businesses – in short a strong foundation. But there are cracks in the foundation that need work. I want to make it easier for small businesses to do business here. I want to make the streets safer by giving young people an alternative to crime – hope for a productive future. And I want to make sure taxpayers get to keep more of their money.
My family put down roots in Nebraska more than 150 years ago with a dream and a desire to do better. Together we can do better…putting Omaha first.
